What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a channel strategy for IDEA StatiCa, mainly in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong
  • Identify and recruit potential new resellers that align with IDEA StatiCa's business objectives and target markets 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, providing training, support, and resources to help them successfully sell and market IDEA StatiCa solutions 
  • Drive revenue growth and market share by working closely with resellers to identify and close new business opportunities 
  • Be accountable for company business results in the given territories 
  • Monitor market trends and competition and provide feedback to product development teams to improve product offerings 
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences 
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to define and execute effective marketing campaigns and activities  
  • Prepare accurate business forecast 
*What* will you do?

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel management or business development, preferably in the construction software or engineering industry 
  • University degree in Civil / Structural engineering 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing channel partners in a cross-cultural environment 
  • Technology enthusiasm – the ability to learn how to use IDEA StatiCa applications on a reasonable level and understand the principles of the software for structural engineers 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated to fit quickly into a progressive tech company  
  • Willingness to travel frequently (30-50%) throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to other countries
  • Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore
